Crown Conference Centre

The Registration Desk is located at the Whiteman Street entrance on Ground Floor (street level).

PARKING

The Multi-Deck car park at the Crown Conference Centre has three entries: Kings Way, Clarke Street or Haigh Street. Valet parking is also available at the Casino Atrium Entrance – Whiteman Street. Cost is $55 per 24-hour period. Click here for a full list of parking rates.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Train

The Crown Conference Centre is a short walk from the Southern Cross Stations.

Tram

There are four trams that run by the Crown Complex; Trams 96,112 and 109 stop on the North side of the Centre in Clarendon Street and Tram 55 stops on the West side of the Centre in Queensbridge Street.

*myki is the smart card ticketing system that has replaced Metcard in metropolitan Melbourne and paper tickets on buses in selected regional towns. It is an integrated system that works on trains, trams and buses. You may purchase a ticket online in advance http://www.myki.com.au or for interstate and international guests, a myki visitor packs can be purchased from the PTV Hub at Southern Cross Station, the Melbourne Visitor Centre at Federation Square and the SkyBus terminals at Melbourne Airport and Southern Cross Station.

DISABLED ACCESS

Crown Conference Centre is a wheelchair accessible venue. There is disability access toilets and lift access on each level of the Crown Conference Centre. Access to the Crown Palladium Ballroom is via the lifts near Rockpool Restaurant on the Ground Floor.

Disabled parking bays are conveniently located close to entrance lobbies. The bays can be found near the lifts on each of the levels of the multi-deck carpark.

Opening Night Drinks at Spice Market, is accessible via the lift in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Melbourne on Collins St, which is adjacent to the venue.
