Darius devas has established himself as one of the leaders in of multi-platform filmmaking in Australia. This was solidified with international success of his interactive multiplatform documentary series Goa Hippy Tribe for SBS, funded by Screen Australia and Screen NSW. the project won him the prestigious 2012 SXSW interactive award for Film & TV as well as winning many other awards and selections at festivals worldwide.

In 2016 Darius is in post production for Slam TV (working title) a six part series for ABC iView. He is also developing is multiplatform project Around Oceans, which will begin production in 2017.

In 2015, the multi million-dollar crowdfunding sensations Flow Hive, asked Darius to join their media team as a digital content producer. Darius also created a series of intimate video portraits and an EPK on the Grammy nominated band Hiatus Kaiyote, for Sony Music.

In 2014 Darius received Screen Australia development funding for his Multi- platform documentary The Afghan Connection. His short film Meeting Susan had its world premiere at the 2014 Sydney Film Festival. His experimental short Within (narrated by Guy Pearce) at the National Gallery of Victoria as part of Melbourne Now as well as TedXSdyney 2014.

In 2013 his interactive documentary series This City Speaks received development funding from Screen Australia. In 2009, Darius directed and produced his first feature film, Further We Search.

In 2006, success with his travel film One Revolution gained him work as a content producer with Lonely Planet TV, working on their online TV channel. Darius began filmmaking straight out of school in 2003, producing a series of surf films for Nomad distribution and continues to source his inspiration from the ocean.
