CEO, SEVEN WEST MEDIA

Tim is Chief Executive Officer of Seven West Media Limited. He was previously CEO, Broadcast Television, and prior to that Director of Programming and Production for the Seven Network, responsible for the programming of all three Seven channels (Seven, 7TWO and 7mate) as well as production. In 2014 Mr Worner was awarded the MIPTV Médaille d’Honneur Award for his achievements in the television industry. Tim commenced his career as a journalist in Perth newspapers before joining the news and public affairs department at Channel Seven in Perth.

As CEO of Seven West Media, Australia’s leading listed national multi-platform media business, Tim continues to oversee the Seven Network. In addition, he is also responsible for Pacific Magazines. With a growing portfolio spanning print, digital, social and events, Pacific delivers quality content that engages consumers in whatever environment it is delivered in.

Tim also oversees Yahoo!7 one of the nation’s most successful internet platforms, as well as Western Australia’s leading newspaper (The West Australian) and associated WA regional newspapers and radio stations.

Tim is also a Director and Chairman of Australian News Channel, which operates Sky News, as well as a Director of Yahoo!7, Free TV Australia, Presto (a joint venture with Foxtel), Racing.com and this year Tim joined the board of Directors at his much loved Sydney Swans.
