Brett’s background includes four seasons in the script department on Blue Heelers and writing and performing in numerous comedy festivals, including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Prior to joining the ABC, Brett was at SBS Television where credits included Commissioning Editor on the second series of Wilfred.

Since joining the ABC, Brett’s projects have included The Slap, Carlotta, The Time of Our Lives & The Doctor Blake Mysteries (as Network Script Executive) and Ja’mie: Private School Girl, Jonah From Tonga & Utopia (as Commissioning Editor).

Recent Executive Producer roles for ABC include Cliffy, It’s a Date, Please Like Me, Sammy J & Randy in Ricketts Lane, The Katering Show Series 2, Rosehaven, Barracuda and the forthcoming drama series, Newton’s Law.
