Cathy Rodda is Senior Development and Investment Manager at state government agency Film Victoria. As part of a team of industry-professional program managers, Cathy develops and delivers funding programs and incentives to support the production of high quality, diverse and engaging screen content for Australian and International audiences, to generate production activity and employment in Victoria. Programs include production investment, development, location assistance and incentives. Prior to joining Film Victoria, Cathy produced feature films including the award winning Unfinished Sky and cult Sci Fi co-production Iron Sky.
