Darren Davidson is The Australian’s media editor. Prior to joining The Australian in 2011, he was the editor of AdNews. A British native, Davidson arrived in Australia in 2010. He began his career in London, writing for newspapers and magazines including The Daily Telegraph and Campaign. He began working part-time on a local newspaper aged 14. His first article was a film review that landed his newspaper in hotwater after a reader complained to the British Board of Film Classification that he was too young to see the movie let alone review it.
