PRODUCER, PRINCESS PICTURES

Jessica joined Princess Pictures in May 2015 and has been producing and developing comedy, documentary and drama projects.

While at Princess Jessica has produced The Goddam Election! with John Safran, a one-hour documentary special for SBS. As well as the comedy pilot Bleak, which was part of ABC’s Comedy Showroom. She is currently producing two high-end drama projects that are in development.

Prior to Princess Pictures Jessica worked for over five years, across all three seasons of the Emmy Award nominated Dance Academy. Starting out in a producer internship role, Jessica was the Associate Producer of series 2 and Co-Producer of the third and final series of Dance Academy. Jessica also produced all three of the award winning Dance Academy websites, which took three Kidscreen Awards for Best Teen/Tween Companion Website.

Princess Pictures is interested in original non-derivative drama projects with the potential to be multi-series, as well as factual and narrative children’s projects. Additionally, short form projects for digital platforms are of interest, particularly female lead, low-budget projects with comedic or social aspirations.

We are currently not looking for half hour narrative comedy projects nor reality formats.

On screen diversity is important to us and we gravitate toward new ideas and stories that haven’t been told or those that make audiences look at the world differently.
