Jonathan joined Discovery Networks in 2009 and oversees programming and production for 14 channel brands across the Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) Markets including Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, TLC, Discovery Kids, Discovery Turbo, Discovery Science, Living Channel, Food TV and most recently folding Eurosport and Eurosport News into the Discovery family. Across the ANZ market he is responsible for programming planning and strategy, network acquisitions, production and development. In addition, Jonathan supports the EVP & GM in areas of business strategy and affiliate relations. Jonathan has 15 years of international television experience in the fields of programming, production, acquisitions and channel launches. Prior to Discovery, Jonathan managed the programming strategy for Viacom Networks across ANZ launching a variety of new channel brands including MTV, Comedy Central, Vh1 and MTV Classic. He started his television career working for ESPN International in London.
