Jonathon has enjoyed critical and popular success as an Executive Producer with FMA since joining the company on 2006, most recently with The X Factor. He has been in his role of Director of Programming since January 2014. With Jonathon at the helm, The X Factor had four consecutive years of ratings growth. Prior to The X Factor, Jonathon was Executive Producer of The Biggest Loser and Co-Executive Producer of MasterChef. Jonathon has been with FMA for ten years.
