With over two decades in the entertainment industry, Karla has worked as a TV producer, casting producer, talent agent and is a trained actor and qualified counsellor.

With a keen interest in comedy, user-behaviour attached to technology and storytelling, Karla was a pioneer in interactive and short format content, who co-owned a production company where she helped create award-winning digital entertainment content as an actor and producer. Her award-winning comedy series, Girl Friday, was screened on ABC2 and Telstra Mobile.

Karla is recognised as a producer who nurtures both creatives and on screen talent. She has dedicated her professional life to bringing every day stories and experiences to the screen which connect broadly, and allow audiences to learn more about themselves and the world around them.
