Kaspar Spencer is an employee of the Korea Tourism Organization Sydney Office. Born in Brisbane, he took a strong interest in Korea from a young age through film and media. This interest influenced him to study the language at University both in Australia and Korea’s prestigious “Yonsei University” in Seoul.
