With 20+ years of post-production experience Ross leads Soundfirm’s Picture Post department designing and managing our client’s workflows to ensure smooth transition from the set to the screen. Ross started in post compiling dailies at Alpha Cine in Vancouver.

After 2 years working on TV titles such as Millennium, Viper, The X Files and feature films The Edge, Alaska, Deep Rising and The 13^th Warrior, Ross moved back to his home town of Melbourne where he worked with Cinevex/Deluxe Australia for 17 years in a variety of roles from creating optical and visual effects, scanning and laser recording film, online editing, digital conform and assisted in developing and managing Cinevex and Deluxe Australia’s Digital Intermediate workflows.

At Soundfirm since July 2015 Ross now works intimately with Soundfirm’s growing slate of picture clients on tailored digital workflows to suit all types of projects from low budget documentaries to studio backed blockbusters.
