INFINITY FILMED ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LTD.

Shel Piercy has produced, written or directed over 450 hours of film or television production over a thirty-year career.  Documentary films (producer, director, or writer) include: Leo’s Journey: The Story of the Mengele Twins (narrated by Christopher Plummer); Guinea Pig Club (winner of five Leo Awards and nominated for two Gemini Awards); Love & Duty: Canadian Red Cross Women in WWII (narrated by Catherine O’Hara); Ben Johnson, Drugs & the Quest for Gold (narrated by Keifer Sutherland – Gemini Award Winner, New York Festivals Gold Medal Award winner).  Fiction film and television includes: the feature film Almost Heaven (writer/director – Writers Guild Award nominee), the feature film, The Movie Out Here (producer).  Shel was the Associate Director and Broadcast Liaison for the Opening/Closing Ceremonies of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games and the writer and director of the 2010 Olympic Victory Celebrations and Medal Presentations.  He produced, and was the showrunner, for the first 65 episodes of the hit television series Love it or List it Vancouver (Love It or List It Too in the USA).  In 2016 he received a 2016 Canadian Screen Award nomination in the Best Director category.  He also directed one episode of the new spin-off series: Love It or List It Vacation Homes.  He is currently producing the documentary film, Life is a Highway for the CBC directed by Helen Slinger, and his feature film screenplay Brick Hill, written with partner Richard Beattie, is in pre-production as an international treaty co-production with Salon Films (H.K.) Ltd.
