Julie Ryan has produced, co-produced or executive produced fourteen feature films, two broadcast documentaries and one international short film. Her credits include Australian box office smash hit Red Dog (Berlin Film Festival 2011); Ten Canoes (Jury Prize, Un Certain Regard, Cannes Film Festival 2006); Satellite Boy (Toronto Film Festival 2012, Berlin Film Festival 2013); My Tehran For Sale (Toronto Film Festival 2009); Alexandra’s Project (Berlin Film Festival 2003); The Tracker (Venice Film Festival 2002); Tracks (Venice, Toronto and Telluride Film Festivals 2013); 100 Bloody Acres (winner Best Film in the Midnight X-treme category at Sitges Film Festival 2013); and Scare Campaign (winner Best Film, Best Direction, Best Script and Sound MonsterFest Melbourne 2015). She is currently producing Hotel Mumbai with Thunder Road Pictures and Arclight Films International, and working again with director Anthony Maras after producing his award winning short film The Palace (Telluride Film Festival 2011, AACTA Award Best Short 2012).
